Only 15 minutes away from the Split Zračna Luka International Airport, the waterfront Villa is located on the island of Čiovo, in the neighborhood of Garma, 400 meters from the center of the small fisherman village Slatine, a short drive to the city of Split. The island is connected to Trogir by a bridge.
Dining and living spaces spill onto a grand terrace with sweeping views of the sea. It is an ideal place to enjoy the sea thanks to the natural stone beach in front of the house and the beautiful pebble beach 100m away.

Set back from the street, the villa’s carefully designed entry, provides complete privacy and the feeling of being surrounded by nature. There is simplicity in the house’s layout which brings out the best in indoor-outdoor living. Beautiful garden and open sea view meet a 6m long sliding door linking interior with exterior. Concrete stairs compliment with rich and soft materials: epoxy floors, maple cabinetry and walls, teak railings, engineer stone countertops and designed furniture.
Your stay in the villa
You will be welcome in Slatine by our host who can be reached in case of any problem related to the villa during your stay. He can organize different boat excursions on the sea, discovery of the local islands with their typical restaurants, give you all information concerning restaurants, sea activities (yachts, speed boats and sailing boats renting, deep water diving lessons, fishing by night by professional fishermen, scuba diving…), excursions and cultural visits.
